A stock Eaton, will put out about 14lbs. of boost maybe 15. If you want more from an Eaton, you'll have to port it to get more boost. If you really want to create more boost, I would swap it out for a Whipple Charger. And I didn't say Kenne Bell, I know to many people who went with Kenne Bell and today they regret it. Not to jack the thread or punk you out but i'm curious. I've heard that KB and Whipple are both built by a company called Lystom (SP)?. Internally they are the same and only the outer cse is unique to each manufacturer. Confirm or deny and explain the down time with the KB since a SC upgrade will be in my future.

If you can afford it, a Twin Screw like Whipple would be the best route but then you also need supporting mods.
You can get away with a 2.76 pulley, around 15-16psi. I have a 2.80 and a 2lb lower but my Eaton is ported and I should see 14-15psi. They do generate alot of heat but it'll lower with the port. Also the port is cheaper than a Twin screw but after a Stage 1 port, you'll pretty much need the supporting mods too, as in BAP or GT pumps, 60lb injectors and MAFIA or SCT MAF.
