How to raise backside?

My car scrapes everytime I go over any speed bumps or small dips in the road. Its my muffler that does all the scrapping... I heard I needed to buy " Isolaters"? to raise the car a bit is this right? ANd so if where

On my old car (66 Ranchero) we just put air shocks into the rear. We could adjust the height to our liking. IDK if you can do that with newer cars...

ya air shocks or bags im locking as well but cant really find a lift kit for mustang i want like 1ich higher in rear and back to stock in front i have a 1inch drop in front rear stock and the rake is perfect
