Default 19" rear set of rims. Thoughts?

I know its almost sacriligous to talk about stang rims over 18" but here it goes. I was thinking of putting Ford GT rims on my 04 Cobra. The fronts are 18x8.5 and the rears are 19x11.5. Will these fit on the rear? I was hoping to put Nitto NT05's 335/30/19 rubber on them. The car is lowered a bit with eibachs and i have the MM flush bolt for the IRS. Rubbing issues? Will i need spacers? Will i be tarred and feathered byAFM members for putting 19's on my car? Any help would be appreciated. BTW, just remember these are factory ford BBS rims not some chrome gaudy wagon wheels. take it Easy on me fellas...

if you're ready to shell out $350 a tire for the rear then 19's are your ballpark. 11.5 though i think might be a little too wide. i've never heard of anyone trying bigger than 10.5 wide on the back.

17 are a tad small for the Cobra and 19's (my opinion) are too Big, 18's are perfect for these cars! And the guys that put 20's on them are morons, haha!

i believe you would need some spacers regardless..i have them on mine, and i have 295/35/18's on the rear..one thing that i had to deal with is having my fenders rolled..they did a pretty good job slashing my tires so watch out for that..but im curious how 19's would look..u should give it a shot.

I wouldnt go with 19" it's a odd size tire and they cost more/ I'd stick the the 18"
And being it's ONLY a inch no one will be able to tell the differance unless they look at the tire.
