I dont think the stock Cobra's have any overheating problems...doesn't matter what the year is, especially the new ones. It gets really hot here in Vegas during the summer (115+) and we have no problems whatsoever with any of our cars, and they get ran hard. Go ahead and buy the damn thing, you wont have any problems as long as you keep it stock.

How do you keep it stock?
I already bought a brand new Audi S4 ( kick a$$ car ) . But I really want the 04 Cobra. So im try'n to convince the wife to trade the 96 for an 04. IM TRY'N!!!!

weren't there some problems with early 03 cars. I think it had to do with a bad driver's side cylinder head. I think they were cracking and causing overheating.
