This is somewhat depressing. I live in Plano, Texas and wave at all Stangers. More times than not, I get a response or thumbs up. Must be your location.

I've even had "the enemy" sorry, f-body guys/gals give me a nod/thumbs up. Heh, as long as they're driving American cars, that's good enough for me. My advice, keep waving - make a change there for the better in Florida!

I was following a guy in a brand new GT California Special the other day & we both stop off a liqour store.. We both got off our rides & gave him a *WOW NICE RIDE* He f***ing rolled his eye's on me like a little b!tch (6'5/6'6" 280-300lbs).
I was gonna show this f***er my tail lights but he was taking his time inside the store... BTW I was in my Integra Type R

Personally, I think it depends on where you are at. Here in Cali, Mustangs are everywhere, and renatal car companites are quick to grab up a ton of V6 Stangs, so then after a year or so they sell them. Needless to say, there are many Stang owners who not specifically Stang enthusiasts, they just want a nice car and Mustang fits the bill. So though it is trues, I rarely get an acknowledgment from antoher Stanger on the street, I do enjoy a strong commraderie her on AFM.

To be honest with you I've gotten mixed reactions from people. Its great when u find someone who has just as much passion in mustangs as I do. Just the other day i was on an empty highway with just me and a cobra. Now I obviously knew i wasn't gonna beat the cobra but we ran em for a minute or two. needless to say i was blown away but its all about having fun with other owners. I wouldn't be having fun if it was a vette blowin me out but its all about mustang love. Still i get crap from other enthusiasts for owning a V6 but its a great car in my range, and best of all, its a MUSTANG!

I see tons of mustangs here in orlando, like already stated i dont think they are enthusiasts.

No beeps or waves here, seems even the local orlando mustang club havent posted anything since 06, maybe time to make a new club 8-)
