Is it worth the extra couple grand to go from a 2001 to a 2003? Is the extra 11 HP worth it? Also what about the 5 gears to 6 gears? Looking for any advice or experiences with the cobra? Basically, Do you like your car or not? Please be sure to throw in some info about your car as you post...

Well you got your numbers a little wrong.
2001 Cobra has 320 hp @6000 rpm's
2003 Cobra has 390 hp @6000 rpm's
For the money a 03 cobra would be the way to go. Because by just doing a few small mods like, CAI, 2.8 Pulleys, exhaust, chip - which would cost less than $1500 bucks, your numbers would be more close to reaching 500 hp easy. Where as if you had a 01 cobra CAI, exhaust, chip headers, and basically anything else you wanna do to it is still going to make that around 370 to 400 hp without sc.
