H Rods lower performance?

I cracked some rods and had them replaced with stronger ones. Since then Ive been noticing my cobra is not as fast as it used to be. Could the new rods be the reason?

No I would not think so the problem probably lies elsewhere , was this a complete rebuild ? I would do a compression check on all cylinders (Warmed up)
