Default 2003-04 Cobra's in the future...

I am currently in college, and will not be able to afford a Cobra for another 4-5 years, I have never been a Ford guy but these newer Mustangs really rock my world!!! I'm 20 and I've owned a 67 Camaro since I was 16....but my focus is on a Cobra (just sold my 01 SS camaro )...so my question to you folks is....

Since these cars were limited production....will there still be low mileage Cobra's to choose from in 2010-11? IF/Will the cars be overpriced due to availability? By low mileage I mean under 50k....

If not I may have to hop on a new Camaro or Challenger when I get out of school!

Thanks so much for the info!!!

I wouldn't hold my breath on that one. 2010 I'm not seeing any low mileage Terminators around and if there are, someone is gonna want an arm and a leg for it. Also, by then I don't see to many of them not being heavily modified. You may have to get in the mindset of getting one of the newer Camaro's which IMO isn't a bad thing. Those things are gonna be pretty BA I think. Good luck in whatever you decide.

I'm a Mustang guy, but those Challengers looks pretty hot. If I had the extra cash, I would buy one and put it next to my Mustang.

RaginRoush is right. In the next 5 years, there's no way of telling where the SVT's will be. Low mileage ones will be very expensive, and then should be stored and only used on Sundays as they were with the previous owner. I was looking at the 2000 Cobra R's on the internet. Yes, you could get one with 1000 miles on it, but they're around 63k. Do you want to pay that much and use it for a daily driver? Definitely not!

Right, but I wouldn't mind paying 28-30k for a low mileage cobra, I mean, I see 67 camaros with 20,000 original miles on the clock around.....Maybe I'll just have to search around a bit?

Yea, But Mustangs aren't really my thing, except for the 03-04 Cobra, If I can't find one of them, I'll go back to a 9second LS1 Camaro SS
