hey everyone, i am about to buy an 04 cobra, but i had a quick question on it. I could be dead wrong on this, but is there a difference in the 03 and 04 when it comes to the cobra/pony on the grill, or is it just random? I thought i noticed the 04's having the cobra on it, but this one i am looking at has a pony, and i know it is an 04, so I am just making sure it hasn't been wrecked and replaced or something. thanks.

All mustangs, cobra or otherwise, come with the pony in the grill. Most people just swap them out for a cobra being that a 5 year old could do the work and you can get them for about 10 bucks off of ebay.

Very true, allthough the Running horse on the front of the 03/04 Cobra is much bigger than the GT's horse those years.

And yes, I changed mine out the first chance I got, Im not 5 years old, but I managed. It was on 20$ for the snake emblem on Mustangtuning.com
But yes from the factory all Cobras (93-04) have a Horse, not a snake on the front, but I think 75% of the people change them out.
