Hey guys I own a 96 GT right now, I love my mustang but I think rather than spend the time on getting it upgraded I'm going to upgrade to a Cobra. I have a co-signer in hand, insurance is set to go (holy hell is it high) but I need to know your opinions on this one Im going to look at.
That looks like an awesome car, I would say 22K would be a fair price, but personally I would keep what you have. Living the dream could into living the nightmare with sky high car and insurance payments. Don't get me wrong, I would love to have that car but there is no way I would want to be married to a car payment.
well, you are just like me, under 27. And until you get older than 27 years old, your payments for insurance are going to be nuts. Mine i priced out, if i got my '06 GT, would be about 4,000 a year. So therefore, i am going to get almost all the cash together for the car first, buy it, then worry about insurance. I can't do both, but just one of them, thats a lot easier
get it you will love it its already a classic the fastest stang ever for the new edge cars

You only live once and no one is guaranteed tomorrow. How many dumb *sses have you heard say, " I had a chance to own a Shelby, Hemi Cuda, Superbird etc., but blah blah blah".If you have the chance and can afford 3 dollar a gallon gas this summer get the Terminator. Even if down the line you consider it to be the worst automotive decision you ever made, at least you will never be wondering "what if?" and you won't be some dumb *ss saying 20 years from now you could have owned an SVT Cobra.
