Default 2003-2004 Mustang Cobra supercharger reservoir question

Thinking about going with a bigger supercharger reservoir in case I go to the track. I have a Canton one on it now. Anyone running the larger ones like them any better? I've only used this one for 2 days for a car show and removed it. Anyone interested, drop me a line. Thanks.

Try posting this in the AFM classifieds, you may get more responses. Also remember not to do any deal making in the forums.

I changed out the Canton and put a LFP in place. Much better, but puts a little indention in the insulator.

Canton now makes a really big intercooler fluid reservoir that goes where your battery is. Really nice piece, but you'll need a battery reloaction kit too.

I ended up putting a LFP on it. So far so good.

on one of the other sites they are talking that canton has to replace a bunch of these that failed , the weld is letting go with no warning.

Canton is replacing these at no charge with a new unit (revised). I decided to keep my stock one on. just alittle fyi

I got it because I thought it would be stronger, not to mention look better. It looked good for a year, then split and caused me a 6 hour cleaning job because of the anitfreeze mist it was throwing out everywhere. Canton said they had a fix for it, but I think I'm keeping the stock one.

I have the LFP tank and I couldn't be happier with it. It does hit the hood insulation a bit, but because of an accident they put on a new hood and left the insulation pad off so everything's good now.
