I have a black plastic circle with the # 128 on my trunk lid right under the Ford logo, does anyone know what this could be? I attached a picture.

It is a aftermarket plate so is your Cobra #128 of production?

I'm not too sure, that is what I've always thought it may be, but I don't know if there is any way to verify that. I would hate for it to be something lame like the previous owners parking spot # or something to that effect?

Go to the SVT web site and they will show what serial number the cobra started and see if your #128 in the series. If not it might be a parking place number. lol

i have seen plastic plates like that when i lived in massachussetts. it is a dealer added advertisment. the dealer was probably "128 ford saab in massachussetts.". just a thought. looks just like the things i have seen while working at another dealership. hope this helps.

I have a 96 cobra, no sticker on my car. Just Ford and SVT. That is just about it.
