04 Cobra leaving?

Hello all,
Never would I have thought that I would be thinking about selling my Cobra but some things have come up and I'm considering it. I don't want to post it here because there is way too much. If anyone is interested, you can drop me a line at mustanghp@earthlink.net.

Really don't want to sell it but trying to save up for kids college in the future. We'll see how it goes in the next week or two.

You're not the only one "Cobrals1eater". I have a 3, and a 4 year old. The thought has crossed my mind a few times. I'm holding out for now though.......

We finally got a break from the storms around here and had a nice evening. I took the cover off and backed it out of the garage and just looked at it like a kid that doesn't want to let go of his favorate toy. Ofcourse, I then hopped in and drove it around about 30 miles (just in case) and brought her back home. I said I would never sell the car. It took me a while to find one and ended up with the last one the dealership ordered. Never say never.

I will keep it as long as possible but if it comes down to it, my kids always come first.

How close are you to Columbia, SC? I may take a job in this area.

Not sure. Its about 1.5 hrs to Rockingham. Another 2 hrs to myrtle beach from there.

Its really going to make me feel so sad if you seel your cobra...I really hope you can find another way to raise money for your children. How old were you when you bought it?

37 - I will keep it if at all possible. As you get older, you start looking towards retirement. When I was 20 or so, you think you will live forever with no problems.

If you don't mind debt and don't want to leave anything for your kids, then spend, spend, spend. I had 50K in my other mustang, it was fun, but looking back, my house would be paid for if I had used it differently. On the other hand, you only live once.
