ok this is what i got from dealer so far......

have all paperwork incl the dyno and SVT Birth Certificate.
I still have this Cobra, I have a few people that are interested in it but I am still waiting on Bank of America to send me the title--I should receive it this week--This Cobra is my weekend driver and take to shows, no paint or body work, kept inside a climate controlled garage, it is bad ass. price is firm--let me know if you want to check it out, preferably no trade-in, if you see, hear, and drive --you will want it.

so no mention of a warranty and of course it is firm until you wave the magic cash in his face . so i will repeat my question of a warranty and ask to see the dyno .

$29,835 KBB RETAIL

$27,335 KBB PRIVAT PARTY but looking at the parts listed on the car what do you think it cost to get that stuff? considering i dont have the assets to do the work myself ? i am thinking 30k will be my offer depending on warranty

Sounds like a very nicely done Termy, the mods alone would be over $10K. Although $33k seems alittle high, I'd say it's worth it.

No sweat--I am not selling a highly modded car with warranty for you to beat on and blow up and come back to me--these cars are for people that can afford to fix it if something were to go wrong--

this is the answer i got when i thanked him for his time
