Got $28k to spend

I'm looking to spend around $28k on a car. I've owned a few in the past: 97 cobra, 03 lightning, 02 z06 vette. I really like the 03, 04 cobras and I see I can get one with low miles for around $26k. With an additional few grand, can I get a 04 cobra in the low 12s? Thanks

Hiya, I see this is your first post. Welcome to the site.
A Cobra can reach the mid to low 12's with just a pulley, tune, and traction. With $2000, you'll be able to blow past the low 12's. Grab it while you can.

the cobra has a lot of power pouring out of that 4v motor. Go for it. I say shoot for the 11's if you want to mod it.
