Default 1996 Mustang and 1999 Mustang cobra horsepower? Are they the same?

Just wondering if the '96 has 305 hp to the wheels/flywheel, and the same for the '99 320 to the wheels or the flywheel? If not to the rear wheels does anybody know what it really is?

Should be around 285 for the 99 Cobra...if i'm not mistaken. I would say around 265-270 for the 96

Both of those estimates are to the wheels. You have to account for i believe its a 12% power loss from flywheel to wheels....which would put you around the numbers i quoted earlier
