worth buying these?they run $300-$400 any noticable gain in hp/tq?

unless your stockers are worn out don't bother. Sean Hyland says the stock 4V springs are a good piece for up to .500 lift and like 7000 rpm

oh and more spring pressure actually looses horsepower. so running a high pressure spring on a stock/mild cam actually would loose power.
