What gears does it have? you might want to add a different ratio once you get the cobra.

depends on how much of a jump in power you're looking for. you could get it ported by stiegemeyer for a great gain, or just go all out and buy the kenne bell. I saw an ad for a new whipple supercharger for the cobra. It's the largest kit on the market at 3.4L and they claim a stock cobra pulled a high 9 sec 1/4 with it.

long tube headers would also help it breathe much better and strengthening up your rear end wouldnt be a bad idea either considering you already have over 500rwhp and an independent suspension

thanks for the advice.
As far as i know it has the stock gears... anywhere from 15 to 40 HP gain would be good for now.... what do yall think about an IC? Is there any other bolt ons i could add?

headers and an accufab throttle body would put you near that range. Supercharged cars respond very well to bolt ons like headers and 4v's love more air. More air in with the tb, more exhaust out faster with the headers.

if by IC you mean intercooler, im sure that would help keep you in your max power range better. these cars heat up very fast and ive heard rumors of hoods needed to be repainted because it flakes off from the heat.

Thank you for the help. I think i will go for the headers, throttle body, and the intercooler. I don't want to do anything TOO drastic just yet. one more question. do you have any idea how much it would cost to port the supercharger. just ballpark? thanks again for the information.

besides headers i would port that blower or heads.t-body?idk, i never saw any gain from it,unless you get a bigger maf and injectors, but your stock stuff is ok.and gears?dont know what stock is but not a lot of people change them on 03-04(stock gears work really well with that setup)
