When you go up their let them dyno it and see what your numbers really are. You could be a little over 400 as it is. If you are happy with that, stay with it, if not, then add pulley and tune. I don't know if I would of put a pulley on my car if it already didn't have one on it when I got it. Not sure of the heat it will generate in the summer. Though the tuner tech said that after it reaches a certain temp it will drop a couple degrees of timing and will take care of it self.
