Default phenolic spacers

ARE THEY ANY GOOD, WOULD YOU GO WITH THE 3/8 INCH THICK OR OPT. FOR THE ONE INCH THICk ... DOES ANYONE USE ONE AND SEE ANY DIFFERENCE???.... 0N THE 95' 5.0 ,AT THE PASS SIDE REAR THERE IS A HEAT TRANSFER TUBE FROM THE HEADER TO THE EGR. WOULD YOU "CAP IT OFF" OR FIND A HIGH TEMP. TUBE OF LONGER LENGTH AND REINSTALL IT TO MATCH THE NOW/ HIGHER UPPER INTAKE??

Spacers depend on ur application. It all depends on if u want longer runners and how long.....
