Default 1997 Mustang Cobra no power problem!

I have a 1997 Mustang Cobra and I have a problem.
The car has no power, smells bad, rough idle but no check engine.
And If I press the throttle to the metal, I can hear puffing noise from the front (puff, puff...). I just installed a new spark plugs.

Any advice?

Tony, they are Motorcraft and this started before I changed them.
Firing order is OK because I have a scheme.

Default Rough idle

You may have a coil pack gone bad, make sure all plugs are firing, were the plugs black and wet when you pulled them out, if so you may of got a set of bad motorcraft plugs, Recommend Autolite or NGK.

could be water in the fuel...happened to me and i spent so much time and money thought my cats were plugged...ripped them off, changed plugs, nothing would work. i put some methyl hydrate and high test in and it fixed it right up.
