Default SHIFTING PROBLEMS please help

just put a new tranny in my cobra,works fine but grinds(hits)going into 2nd and 4th(when shifting fast) when shifting normally(slower)it doesnt grind at all. what could this be?shift fork?shifter?

First thing I would look for is to make sure the clutch is completely opening. Also that the clutch fork didn't fall off of the piviot ball. If all of that is fine, what I like to do to break in a new tranny is add some 10w30 (BUrned) engine oil to the transmission to make it shift better. Hope this helps

no its not a brand new tranny.it is used tranny(23k) i put in because my old one dropped(52k).clutch fork is ok too
