What engine oil to use?

Just got another 98 cobra with 80k miles on the engine, dont know what engine oil the last owner used, what do yall recommend i use this upcoming oil change.What maintenence should i start doing to make my engine last longer

5W30 oil and a Motorcraft FL-820-S oil filter, change the PVC valve, fuel filter, air filter, sparkplugs and try and use ONLY oem Ford parts...I'd also change the coolant, trans and diff fluids aswell

thanks bro have it in the shop at this time and will ask them to do just that-(what brand will any of u guys consider i go with on the oil?)
