Default 1994 Mustang Cobra clutch problem

I have a 94 cobra and I noticed that my clutch pedal was high and it was making a funny noise on friday. It seemed to get worse and I know that the clutch itself is less than a year old and it is a high pro clutch. I inspected the mechinisms under the dash and all is well. I then removed the dust cover from the trans and the arm that the clutch cable attaches to (I think it is either the clutch release leaver or fulcrum) moves side to side freely. What does this mean? What do I need to do? Does it involve dropping the tranny? Thanks for your help because it is much needed.

Thats kind of a vague description but I'll venture a few guesses and say its probably your throwout bearing, your clutch diaphragm is dragging (broken finger), and maybe a bent clutch fork. Hard to say, you'll probably have to open it up. How are you doing on fluid? Might be time to replace it and possibly solve your problem?
