i just bought a jlt intake and magnaflow exhaust with the offroad x pipe, do i need to tune my car with this setup. also if i do the pulley do i need a tuner like a sct if so are there preloaded tunes that come with the tuner?

With basic modifications like intake and exhaust, you don't really need to tune your ECU. Most flash tuners do come with pre-programmed power options that you can select and tune your whole system with a few pushes of a button. My recommendation for a tuner is the DiabloSport Predator;

If you change the pulley you will have to tune your car. All the other mods you will not. Put all the mods on and pulley, then go get it tuned. You will smile every time you get in it.
