Default Head Replacement

Has anyone replaced the heads on a 99 dohc 4.6 cobra motor. was just wondering if it involved having to take the motor completely out or if you could do it with the motor still in the car? any help would be appreciated!!!!!!

i couldnt imagine trying to do it in the car.....fyi...you will need new head bolts, these are a one time use thing...i went to arp studs instead. 99 cobras come with cometic head gaskets? get those, never a gasket failure.
