Question 1999 Cobra Nitrous Question??

First off is it a good idea?? I just want to run a 75hp shot, just to see how I an the car react to it. The kit I want is from NOS, but its a dry shot. Is a dry shot a bad idea? My friend who has a honda said it would be really bad to run a Dry shot cause he did an his motor blew? My dad had a dry shot on his 98 cobra an he said it was fine. Just wanted to get your guys opinions. Oh befor i for get, my motor has 16k miles.

Thanks Jason

a 75HP shot is just fine and dont listen to a "honda" owner, there is nothing wrong wth Dry kits......I would change-out your sparkplugs to one heat range down (Motorcraft AGSF-22-C's) and tighten-up the gap to @.045 to .048 and use 93 octane fuel....
