Post drivetrain vibration? not sure

i have a vibrating/rattling sound below down near the transmission- when i take off(1st gear)1300rpm slowly and in (2nd gear) at around 1300rpm also not shure where the sound is comming from, but when i put the car up in stands and drive it, the sound is no where to be found only when driving on the street. Any Clues?
