What modifications have you done? What was the last change you made before the overheating became an issue? Does the overheat occur during normal driving, only under heavy load, or when sitting for extended periods? Have you checked the fans to make sure it is operating? Have you cahnged the thermostat, and made sure to degas the coolant system after (remove plug on driver side of supercharger that is in the front coolant crossover tube to allow any air to vent)?

Default Our 2003 had a thermostat sticking.

Took it to Ford not knowing for sure what the problem was, after I paid the premium for a thermostat I saw where it was and how easy it was to install. That fixed the overheating, I'm still smelling a little coolant but leaking any. I did have to refill the resovoir today.
