Default 1999 Mustang Cobra - smoke cloud during start-up?

I have a 99 Cobra and have noticed after not driving my car for a couple days when I start it up I will get a Grey smoke cloud coming from the exhaust. It goes away after the initial start up. It doesn't do it every time I start the car just once in a while in the morning. Not sure if I have a leaky valve or something else. Anyone else have this problem?

Occasional, temporary grey smoke on start-up: Just sounds like some normal condensation to me....

If you idle for awhile and then give it gas do you notice any smoke?

The handful of times it has done this in the morning it typically is on Monday when I haven't driven the car since Friday and a nice little smoke cloud appears. I back out of my garage and rev the engine and don't see any more smoke. It doesn't happen while driving only during first start of the day. Would a compression test or any test reveal any useful information?

I don't really think you're describing anything abnormal....

Default condesation

i used to live in oregon. It is so humid sometimes it is condensation in the exhuast system turning to steam. Normal. But check the coolant level when cold a few different times to ensure no coolant internal leak burning in engine which usually stinks of antifreeze. and coolant will slowly disappear from radiator.

my cobra did that, I bought the pcv pre filter from JLT and it doesn't do it anymore. They say it's because oil gets sucked back into the upper intake manifold and collects, then when you turn the car off, it doens't burn off until you start it back up.
