Actually the Bullitt engine is the same as the 99-04 GT's, SOHC 4.6 with a couple small things like better flowing cai and throttle and tuned exhaust along with suspension upgrades and brakes, so the power is about 270 flywheel. The 99 Cobra engine is the 4.6 DOHC engine, around 300hp flywheel i think. If you were wanting to run high boost, both of these engines would need forged internals. Even the old Cobra engines didnt have forged internals until the 03/04 Cobra came out with the supercharged 4.6 DOHC. I am running 10psi on stock internals and so far no problems at all. People run blowers on stock engines all the time and make over 400rwhp safely, just as long as you have a good tune for it.
