Default Spec Stage 2 or 3 ?

im gonna be pushin close to 500rwhp here before long and i HATE my aggressive , grabby centerforce clutch. i know the spec stage 2 will handle my torque output but im curious to know how much hp each is rated at. which should i go with, stage 2 or 3?
