I just installed a set of xenon hd light bulbs in my cobra and found out last night while driving high beam cuts out after being on for about 15 miles. I think the headlight relay is overheating and dropping out. Low beam doesn't seem to be a problem. I was wondering if anybody else had this problem and what the solution might be?

check your wattage on your original bulbs and compare to your new ones.

bet you your new ones are to hi and ur wire cant support the extra draw therefore "dropping"

find xenon's with the same wattage or get a simple effective HID kit with ballasts and all.
