Im sure there is an official torque spec. But a good rule of thumb is a firm handshake tight. And a lite coating of anti sieze will make it easier to get them out. DO not overtighten them on aluminum heads or you will have even more problems then it coming loose.

"tight is tight", it's really about feel. really , no one uses a torque wrench to put in spark plugs( maybe 50 guys on this planet)................I dont even think its possible to use a torque wrench on spark plugs because of space confinements.

I guess I am one of the 50 guys on the planet. The spec is 7 - 15 ft lbs. II usually set the torque wrench to 14 ft lbs. AND use antisieze.
