Default 1994 Ford Mustang Cobra

Hey guys, im in the process of purchasing a 1994 Mustang Cobra. I have a few questions for you, It has 107k miles.

I talked to the guy and he said it would take 5100$ is this a good deal for a 1994? The body is in good shape, no big dents, although the cobra symbol was stolen off the fender.

When the car is idleing, if i turn on the ac, the car will stall and catch itself repedidly, but when its turned off it runs completly fine.
Any ideas on the problem/fix?

What all should i look for to see if its been beat, i know to look for rubber in the wheel wells, theres not much, anything else? The interior is also pretty nice, no big stains, rips or anything of that sort, i also noticed it had a intake on it.

Thanks guys,
Any help is apreciated

The price is pretty good. I had the same problem with the ac but I cant remember what I did to fix it.

Thats not a bad deal. I bought my 95 with higher miles for 5000 and the interior needs some tlc.As for the a/c i'll do some checking to see what it may be.

Wow that seems like a really good price to me. I bought mine for 2500 with the side completely wrecked and about 200k miles on it.

Doesn't sound like a bad price. I sold my '95 Cobra with 101k miles and bolts ons for 6300 4 years ago. As long as it's clean and has a clean carfax I say go for it. Sounds like the A/C compressor clutch/pulley might be going bad. Kinda sounds like it might not be turning freely when it's engaged which causes too much drag on the belt which in turn stalls it? I had a similar problem on my '92 5.0. Any noise or anything coming from the A/C compressor?
