hey bro,
you can either "speer" one side of the freeze plug, insert a dent puller/slide hammer and pull out the old one OR use a hammer and "punch" to distort the plug thus breaking the seal and pull it out with pliers....wich ever you have space for.... the first option is the best.....if you don't have space for either one , you may have to unbolt motor mounts and raise the engine a few inches to make the repair...

*LAST OPTION :

"ENGINE COOLANT SYSTEM STOP LEAK".

NO, it will not clogg your coolant system passages as they are too large , the stop leak searches for the smallest cracks, coagulates in them thereby stopping the leak. sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't...............good luck.

I don't think there will be enough room to work on it. If the sealer doesn't work, you'll most likely have to pull the engine out or while it's on jack stands, get a cherry picker or hoist to take tension off the motor mounts, undo them and drop the K memeber so you can reach the freezer plug. Good luck with the fix.
