trouble with my horn and fog lights

I recently bought a 1994 cobra and the horn and fog lights don't work. I checked the fuses but they all seem to be okay. Any suggestions?

check both relays. The fog lights and the horn share the same fuse but as you said the fuse was ok. Looking at the fuse box under the hood, its the first relay(horn) and the third(fog lamps) one.

Did you check the bulbs to make sure they weren't bad? Same happened to my 95GT when i first bought it years ago. I thought the samething till i checked the bulbs like 2 days later, lol.

i appreciate the help but neither still seem to work and i read another post before mentioning the air bag warning light, mine is on could that have anything to do with it?
