+1. That's why i go FORD OEM on alot of stuff. After years, I determined that the OEM was just better quality, on certain things, especially sensors like IAC, or IAT's or 02 sensors, etc.
If you drop the
tranny to have it re-done, make sure to look at the input shaft to see if it's smooth or not, should be. also make sure to grease the crap

out of the TOB and make sure the fork pivot points are greased. Do you have the stock clutch cable and quadrant?
Had the samething happen to a friend on his 93LX. dropped the
tranny, sanded the input to make it smooth and we greased up the TOB really good and it fixed the problem and never squealed again in the 2 years he had it before he sold it. I always grease the TOB really good.
