I'd go with a Kenne Bell supercharger, Canfield cylinder heads, and when choosing a camshaft the best thing to do is get them custom made for your specific engine. I get my cams from Schneider Racing and fully recommend them to anyone.
The Kenne Bell is about the nicest, but it is also the most expensive. The procharger centrifigul is a nice bang for the buck unit. Nice because you don't need a dedicated oil line to and from the unit. They have units putting out 20+ psi as apposed to 10 or so on the Kenne Bell. You can run a lot of boost because the 32 valve cobra motor has a factoy steel crank. As for heads and cams, they are pretty spendy for that motor. There are four cams and nobody is really building them up so they are expensive. Everyone builds the two and three valve motors. Honestly, you can get a ton of performance out of them as is. I was able to get 575 RWHP with a Novi 2000 and stock heads and cams. That was all that was stock however. I don't know what mods you have, but no matter what you have you can benifit from the blower. I would do the blower first, then assess the situation and the bank account.

Going into the shop this winter, looking for 650 RWHP.

Right now i have the bank roll for the up upgrades just clueless and want your guys opinion, whats the best bang for the buck, as for as cams and cylinder heads? Thanks for the input!!
I would look at some comp cams, 4 cams=about $1000 bucks. Maybe some stage 2's. for heads, i would either get some ford racing or send them off to have them port and polished.
For superchargers, i'm with zeee025 but having a steel crank doesn't mean you can up the boost. those motors stock can safely hold around 450rwhp. can you go more? why yes but you'll be on borrowed time, even on a safe tune. If you have the cash to easily do SC, cams and heads, that's cool, but you can't push to much HP on the stocker. That SC and some gears would be sweet though. Maybe a built DSS short block with stock heads and cams with a SC pushing alot more boost will be awesome.

Remember power is nice but if you cant get it to the ground and use it, it's useless. If you plan on any major power adders I'd do the susspension first then work your way up. What kinda plans do you have for this car? Is it going to be a daily driver, or a weekend racer? Also what power are you looking to have?
If your planing on 450rwhp + you might want to look into a crate short block. It's pointless to spend all this money on your car and have the brains of the motor blow on you!!!!

I think beefing up the bottom end is good advice in general, but I have to disagree the 450hp requires a new short block or that he should consider one. forged pistons, steel rods?......soon. But with that crank in that block he can 450hp all day. I have seen it done too many times to think otherwise.

Thats why I said he should look in to a creat short block.
All the forged goodies are already in there and the block is rated for the power your looking for.
