1998 Cobra blowing 20A fuel pump fuse.

My friends 1998 cobra blew the 20A fuse to the fuel pump. just finished checking for shorts to frame and found none. When I went to check the inertia switch in the trunk found it had been cut out and bypassed somehow

Now i need to figure out witch taped up wires actually should have went to the inertia switch. Does anyone know where the fuel pump relay is on a 1998 Cobra?

I remember some years had them under the drivers seat and some had them in the passengers side kick panel, but i'm not 100% sure. Sorry man.
