Question Widest tire size on rear of a 2001 Cobra Mustang?

what is the widest tire I can run on the rear of a 01 cobra mustang? (not lowered yet,y2k cobra 18 wheels)

Since the Y2K's are 9.5, I would go with a 295/35/18. But get some springs first or you'll be monster truckin!

That's what I'm running on a 18x10" rim. Running 265/35zr18 on a 18x9 on the front. It looks awesome, if you want to see how they look check out the pics in my profile.

Default lowering an 01 cobra (IRS question)

Thanks for helping to resolve the rear tire issue, now for the springs.
I'm wanting the low aggressive look on my 01 cobra. What springs?
and How low can you go with the IRS? The stock look, looks like a 4x4 sitting next to my 98 GT with eibach sportsline springs and the 98GT has 17 wheels with Cooper zeon 285/40/17. Open to suggestions!

Again I'm running Kenny Browns with I believe 2" drop in fron and 1 7/8ths in the rear. I think thats what it was, I put them on a few years back

H&R sports is what i run and the stance is perfect.
