1994 Mustang Cobra - Odomoter Not Working

Today I purchased a 94 Cobra. Absolutely love it, but the odometer is not working. Can this issue be isolated, or will I have to replace the gauge cluster? If so, what would be the best source for a replacement gauge cluster?

Check the speedo sensor n the rear of the tranny. that could be bad or the speedo tooth my have been ate up. the aftermarket ones for gear swaps are crap.
You can find used clusters on ebay, usually not cheap. if you go to Ford it's def not cheap.

Thanks. The previous owner did say that he had changed the gearing, so that may be the case.
