Default 2001 Mustang Cobra Questions and Times

I'm looking at buying a 2001 cobra and was wondering what kind of times that usually run. I've tried to research but have seen anywhere from 13.2-14.00. Anyways the one I'm looking at has 110k miles, ORX, flowmaster cat back (I think 40's but I'm not sure), centerforce clutch and et streets. What could I expect to run with that set up. Again I know its not exact but what would be an idea of where it should be? Also what else can I do as far as bolt-ons? I'm getting and intake and 4.10s next but what about after that? I've heard some horror stories about pullies, but what do you guys think of those? So maybe a throttle body? Or porting the intake? Also from what I've heard for $700 for headers and PIA to intstall them isn't worth it so any ideas? And lastly how much does it normally cost to buy gears and get them installed?

01 Cobra stock is supose to be around 13.8.
4.10s....if you are planning on adding a blower down the road then get 3.73's
AVG install and parts cost for the gears is just under 500

I know i don't have a cobra but my neighbor does and I have already been through all of this with him about 651613165times...

+1 on the times, but will vary due to driver mod.
The 4.10's will be great for the 4V since they make their power in the upper rpms. If you get a roots style SC down the road, then you don't want that much gearing, if you get a centri SC, then keep the 4.10's
Gearsa about $200, get FRPP. And the install can be anywhere from $200 to $400 depending on who or where you have it done. I've never paid over 200 and have had gears swaps one a crap load of times. Just make sure they know what they are doing.
You can always get custom cams or others like comp cams, heads port n polished, a TB. Def get a dyno tune and a handheld tuner if you haven't yet.

As far as pullies go, I plan on getting Steeda Underdrive Pullies and I dont recommend any other ones. Steedas are not piggy-back style, they come with a balanced dampener. They are also coated black. You can find them for $200.
