Default new Motor mounts

Any one ever change motor mounts on there cobra? I have a 96 svt the mounts are shot. Just looking to see how hard of a job it is. I have a ford service manual cd for the car and the process does not look to hard. Just wondering if there is any tips that might make it easier.

If you can get access to a hoist to raise the whole car up on its not to bad, on you back on stands kind of sucks

Take the engine out and swap them or put on stands and use an engine hoist, then drop the K member.
You might be able to do it by just raising the engine and so on with out completly taking it out or dropping the K member but it'll be a PITA though.

I started on these tonight and it really would not be bad at all but on the passenger side the starter is in the way of getting to the back motor mount bolt. On the driver side it is really easy. Taking off the oil filter makes it easier to get to the two front bolts.
