Having a weird new sound. . . every 30 seconds or so from the passengers side of the engine bay there is a "pressure release sound" Sounds like a high pressure psssh if you understand that. . . any ideas? It also just started with a kind of Knock that you hear inside the car by where the tranny and engine meet (from my guess) Any ideas? Are they linked?

I'm assuming this is your 03 Cobra? One thing I would check is your ABS, they tend to make weird sounds from time to time, it'll humm strange tunes and you say it's coming from the passenger side of the engine bay, it's worth a look. And No that wouldn't be related to the other problem check the tranny mount.
