[Street Fellon]

when its hot out there is no problems but ive noticed when its cold out i try to signal right and it sounds like a bulb is shorted out ....when i look outside the back signal is flashing fast and the front isnt at all so i was thinking its the bulb but on the stick itself if i go to spray fluid on the windsheild it wnt wrk unless i turn it up a notch so the wipers r on too...wen i push it in wen the wipers arent on there is no spray but the wipers come on like it did spray so is it the stick thats broken or the bulb??
