If you have a bubble in your system you should put the front end up on a jack as high as possible. Sometimes the bubble will rise to the crossover pipes by doing this. If that doesn't help you should just drain the system completely again, i did. Start by refilling it slowly through the crossover pipe with the front suspended by jack stands. This will help keep any air pockets from forming if you fill slowly. When the coolant fills completly in the crossover you should top off the deg. bottle. Drop the car back down to ground level and remove the allen bolt from the crossover once more and top off if needed. At this point run the car with the heater on for a few minutes shut down and check the crossover for coolant level. If it appears full then take it out for a drive with heater on and get it up to normal operating temps. When you return home shut it off and allow the car to cool for a while. When safe, pop the allen bolt out of the crossover and check for coolant level again and fill as needed. Pain in the AZZ, but it worked for me on my 96 cobra. Good luck!
