2004 cobra 95 mm mass air meter

04 cobra 2.8, cai, accufab TB, bassani exhaust. diablo canned tuner. Can I run my 95 mm mass air sensor before I get it dynoed tuned. Will it make a diff. w/ stock injectors? Main thing is I dont want to chance hurting my motor.

You probably won't hurt the motor the problem will be that you'll be running a much bigger mass and the computer will not be able to compensate with fuel. What ends up happening is a really rough idle and it dying on you a lot if not all the time. I would wait to install it till you get there.

it could raise your a/f ratio past 12 or 13 which is terrible. a lean cobra is like a ticking time bomb

It's all about being rated for your injectors, if not, wait for the tune.
