Default 2001 cobra clutch problem...

I down shifted the other day from a cruising 5th to 3rd, romped on it and wouldnt go into any gear. Shut her down for 30 minutes and had a little clutch back, but not much, and it'll work for about 15 minutes and then its gone again. Also, it feels like a may have broken a tranny mount. Any suggestions? More the better thanks.

Since its cable clutch, you think it might of just adjusted the clutch, if it is the mount?
