600HP with a twin turbo setup on a 4.6L 32V is tame, with the right setup you should be pushing 900+!
You say money isn't an issue? Have your stock Teskid Block prepped then here's the internal parts you'll need..
1. Billet I Beam Rods with ARP 2000 bolts
2. 8:1 Forged Pistons(full floating pins & spiro locks)CP, Manley.
3. Cobra Forged crank is strong but a more beefier fully counterweighted piece is recommended.
4. If reusing your heads have them CNC ported only and have the plug threads Helicoiled to 9.
5. +1 mm oversized valves,Comp Cams Beehive springs with Titanium retainers.
6. Custom Ground Turbo Cams
7. ARP Harware, Quality bearings
8. Custom Twin Pump Fuel System with BAP.
9. Definitely gonna need to switch to solid axle rear end.
10. If you wanna stay in the 600HP range a Pro Motion prepped T-45
tranny would suffice, more will need an Auto or the undesirable T-56 (bad first gear ratio for drag racing)
11. Get the suspension up to snuff!
